Epic Wellbeing:
A calm, structured approach to life after cancer.
About Epic Wellbeing
Finishing cancer treatment is a milestone — but it’s rarely the end of the story.
Many people are left feeling depleted, uncertain, and unsure how to safely rebuild their strength, energy, and confidence. Ongoing fatigue, muscle weakness, poor sleep, and slow recovery are far more common than most people expect — and often misunderstood.
People are told to rest, to give it time, or to be patient — but rarely given a clear path forward.
Epic Wellbeing exists to bridge that gap.
I provide calm, structured cancer recovery coaching for people who want to rebuild physical capacity and confidence after treatment — without pressure, extremes, or guesswork.
My Approach
Recovery after cancer isn’t about pushing harder or “getting back to normal”.
It’s about rebuilding in the right order, at the right pace, with respect for what your body has been through.
My approach is:
- Calm and structured – no hype, no heroics
- Personalised to your treatment history and recovery capacity
- Grounded in strength, movement, sleep, nutrition, and resilience
- Focused on rebuilding confidence and body trust, not just fitness
I don’t believe in generic programs – especially after cancer.
I help you build a recovery framework you can trust.

How I Work With Clients
I offer a personalised 6-week, one-to-one cancer recovery coaching program, designed to support the early and middle stages after treatment.
You’ll also receive optional 30, 60, and 90-day follow-ups, so recovery continues beyond our initial work together.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure care, focus, and quality support.
This is not a course.
It’s guided recovery.
Over six weeks, we work together to:
- Rebuild physical strength and day-to-day capability
- Stabilise energy levels and reduce fatigue crashes
- Improve sleep and recovery rhythms
- Support healing and resilience through simple, sustainable nutrition
- Restore confidence and trust in your body
Who Is Michael
Hi — I’m Michael Griffith, founder of Epic Wellbeing.
I don’t coach recovery from theory.
I coach from lived experience.
In 2021, I was diagnosed with throat cancer and underwent treatment. I understand first-hand the lingering effects – fatigue, brain fog, loss of strength and confidence – and how long they can persist without structure.
Around the same time, my wife of 36 years was diagnosed with terminal gallbladder cancer. Together, we chose a path that prioritised quality of life and clarity – experiences that fundamentally reshaped how I live, coach and view recovery.
Earlier in life, I spent decades guiding people through progressive physical rebuilds and leading in high-pressure environments. Today, I coach with perspective, restraint, and deep respect for individual recovery journeys.
